HOW DOES A ZOOM MAKE UP LESSON WORK?

Before your Zoom lesson we will ask you to fill in a questionnaire and email it to us together with some photos of yourself, with and without make up. During the lesson we can show you how to apply your make up like a professional, using products that you already own. We can also recommend products that may be more suitable for you and show you how to use them.
All you need is your make-up bag, a mirror and some brushes!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We take payment by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards at the moment.

I WANT TO COME WITH SOME FRIENDS, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, you are welcome to make a group booking for a 3 hour session, for up to 3 people. It is a fun and special way to spend the afternoon in the company of your friends or relations. We often have mothers and daughters requesting shared sessions, as well as small groups of friends. Why not make a day of it, and go out for lunch or supper afterwards? You are welcome to bring a bottle of fizz too, if you want to make the make-up lesson even more special!

HOW ARE TAMSIN AND JOCELINE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MAKEUP ARTISTS?

The vast film make-up experience shared by Tamsin and Joceline makes their tutorials invaluable. They can share this expertise with you. They believe that the secret of beautiful makeup is all about using the right products in the right places to bring out your natural beauty. They will show you how to choose colours that will complement your skin tone, look flawless - but completely natural and last all day.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Vouchers are available for all lessons, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The Bucks Make up Studio cannot accept liability for lost gift vouchers. 

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival will result in a shortened lesson time, however the appointment will still be charged at full price.

We request a photographic proof of a negative COVID lateral flow test on arrival for your appointment. Lateral flow test to be provided by client.

PAYMENT

We ask that full payment is made a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. 

CANCELLATIONS 

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. Appointments missed will not be refunded. The Bucks Make up Studio reserve the right to cancel or change your appointment. In this rare event your appointment will be rescheduled.

REFUNDS

The Bucks Make up Studio cannot refund Gift Vouchers.


DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.
